Use the Help Centre search to match a menu command, format or symptom. Related-article links at the end of each page follow the normal workflow so you do not need to return to the index after every topic.
The application also includes an offline copy under Help > Contents for editing without an internet connection.
Collect evidence before contacting support
- SmartCut64 version and Windows build.
- GPU model, driver version and selected decode/transcode backend.
- Input and output container, video/audio codec, exact edit frames and chosen profile.
- Tools > Show Last Export Report and relevant View > Show Log lines.
- A small non-private sample when the fault depends on the source.
